We currently only accept returns for refunds. To exchange an item:

1. 100-Day Trial: This extended period allows you to truly experience the benefits of lymphatic drainage and muscle toning. Most results are seen within 60-90 days of consistent use.
2.Restocking Fee: $52.35 CAD .
3.Partial Returns: For bundle purchases, all items must be returned together for a full refund.
4.Final Sale Items: We do not currently have any final sale items. All eligible items are subject to the return policy stated above.
5.Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the item until it reaches our return center. We recommend using tracked shipping and retaining your tracking number.
